Syntax: outfitting-manager provision [flags]
Deploys the Outfitting Alchemy stack. Unless --skip-configure is set, stores the lockfiles Worker URL and token in the OS keychain after deployment. CLI flags override environment variables and deployment configuration values. --docs and --no-docs are mutually exclusive.
